We deliver within the UK only. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are despatched the same day, and UK standard delivery is free over £40.

Despatch
We pack orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day go out the same day; anything after that goes out the next working day. You’ll get a despatch email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
Tracking your order
Every order ships tracked. If the tracking hasn’t moved for two working days, get in touch and we’ll chase the courier for you rather than asking you to do it.
Delivery problems
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@getfurfix.comwithin 48 hours of receiving it, with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We won’t ask you to post a leaking bottle back to us. If a parcel hasn’t arrived at all, tell us as soon as the tracking looks wrong and we’ll chase the courier.
Please make sure your delivery address is right at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we can resend it, but the second delivery is chargeable.
