Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are despatched the same day. Free UK standard delivery over £40.

Despatch
We pack orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day go out the same day; anything after that goes out the next working day. You’ll get a despatch email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
Tracking your order
Every order ships tracked. If the tracking hasn’t moved for two working days, get in touch and we’ll chase the courier for you rather than asking you to do it.
Delivery problems
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not at all, email hello@getfurfix.comwithin fourteen days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We won’t ask you to post a leaking bottle back to us.
Please make sure your delivery address is right at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we can resend it, but the second delivery is chargeable.
International orders
Prices shown at checkout exclude any duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility and are collected by the courier, not by us. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned, we refund the products but not the outbound shipping.
