Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
 

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
 

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
 

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
 

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days
     

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
 

Delivery Charges

Delivery is £3.99, free for orders over £40.
 

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
 

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery information is correct before completing your order.
 

FurFix® cannot be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
