At FurFix, we want you and your furry family members to be delighted with your purchase.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Products must be in a resaleable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened shampoos, sprays, wipes, balms or grooming products.

Products that have been used or partially used.

Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: 📧 hello@getfurfix.com
Please include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, excluding any delivery charges you may have paid.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs
